Villa Tiarenui is located north-east of the island of Moorea in the village of Maharepa, French Polynesia.
Hidden in the heart of a privileged and very quiet residence by the sea, Villa Tiarenui is ideally located 2-3 minutes by car from the Jack Nicklaus International Golf Course ( 18 holes), the Maharepa shopping center and the 4 star hotel Moorea Manava Resort & Spa.
Located on a very large plot of over 5000 m², the villa is located at the end of the residence out of sight. Without vis-à-vis and far from neighboring houses, the villa also has an electric gate.
The front of the property is bordered by a lagoon with turquoise blue waters opening with a pass to the ocean. The Golf Lake Canal runs along the right side of the property.
Built in 2018, the Tiarenui villa of contemporary architecture is built on two levels.
The ground floor includes a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). The third very spacious room with double bed is equipped for people with reduced mobility . This third bedroom also has its own fully equipped bathroom with large walk-in shower with no steps and bars on the walls. A special chair for people with reduced mobility is also available for the bathroom.
The living room with TV connected to internet, the fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine), the dining room are also on the ground floor which opens entirely thanks to bay windows giving on very large terrace vis-a-vis the garden and the beach .
Guest toilets are also available at this level.
The terrace has electric blinds that will protect you from the sun to fully enjoy all your meals facing the sea.
On the floor of the villa, accessible by stairs, is the fourth bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a small bed for children and a bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).
This room offers a magnificent view of the garden and the sea as two of the rooms downstairs.
All rooms are furthermore equipped with air conditioning and TV.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 3 children (11 people in total). The price is also calculated on the basis of 8, and any additional person will be charged extra.
For your safety and personal belongings, a safe is available in the storeroom and the villa is fully enclosed by electric shutters .
This seasonal hiring of a rare quality of construction and equipments, and endowed with a natural environment in shades of blue and green, is a true paradise for the families or groups of friends in search of Polynesian escape without forgetting their comfort.
The very attentive owners have taken care to provide equipment to ensure the success of their guests' stay. Two bikes are available, beach games, snorkel masks and gas barbecue .
The shallow lagoon at the edge of the property is ideal for young children who will also enjoy the white sand beach.
A little further away for the more adventurous, the lagoon offers a magnificent coral garden with a multicolored fauna .

Polynesia is a tropical destination populated by animals and insects, most of which are harmless. During your stay, you may encounter mosquitoes, cockroaches, spiders or other lizards, despite all our efforts to maintain a high level of maintenance.
In the lagoon, we recommend wearing plastic shoes to avoid hurting yourself with coral, sea urchins, or stone fish.
There is no reliable public transport on the island and we do not provide any transfer or transport of passengers. It is therefore imperative to rent a vehicle during your stay. We can help you, do not hesitate to contact us.
An electricity fee applies for all stays of 7 consecutive nights and above proportionally.
Rules to be respected on the spot during your stay :
- No noise after 8 pm
- formal prohibition to climb the gate of the villa and that of the residence
- the tenants must respect the neighborhood, roll very slowly in the ways of the subdivision and this under penalty of sanctions.

Free cancellation up to 45 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation conditions – Cancellation penalty:
In case of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract, the RENTER promises to inform TAHITI HOMES of his/her decision as soon as possible by registered mail with proof of delivery, being specified that no cancellation will be taken into account if communicated by telephone. The date of reception determines the cost of cancellation according to the following schedule (except in case of duly justified force majeure).
This schedule does not apply to many cases of cancellation covered by insurance (cancellation, water and fire damage, property degradation, etc.) that you can purchase from our Agency, such insurance is facultative and its cost is calculated fairly in function of the amount of your rent.
If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your date of arrival: reimbursement of the received down payment.
If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises, the cancellation fee will be equal to 30% of the amount of your rent + 60 € (or 7160 XPF) fee. (i.e. the amount of down payment)
If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival in the premises: the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rent and associated services.
No refund will be given for early or unscheduled departure.
It is specified that in all cases of cancellation, the administrative cost 60 € (or 7160 XPF) remains acquired to the TAHITI HOMES Agency.
When receiving the cancellation, the present contract shall be deemed null and void with full rights and TAHITI HOMES may dispose of the rented property.
