Villa Manatea

Villa Manatea is a holiday house located on the East coast of Moorea island at just 5 min drive from the ferry docks.

The gated neighborhood where it is located offers unsurpassed views on Tahiti main island, the lagoon and the over the water bungalows of the Sofitel resort.

In addition of its quietness, this confidential neighborhood is secured and at just 2 min away from the most beautiful white sand beach of the island.

The villa has been built on three levels. Each level being accessible only by stairs, the villa may not be appropriate to persons with reduced mobility or small children.

Owners of the Villa Manatea pay lots of attention to the decoration and quality furniture. They particularly featured technology and state-of-the-art equipment.

The overall architecture and ambiance is a mix of colorful fabrics, bright spaces, modern appliances and remote-controlled lights and shades. Exotic woods and local stones are also part of the architecture.

Few stairs down the parking is the first level which features the common areas such as the living room, the kitchen and the covered terrace with incredible views on the lagoon. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

On this level is also the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom including a shower and two sinks. Toilets are separated.

The particularity of the master bedroom is the glass window facing the bed going from the ceiling to the floor and offering amazing views on the lagoon and Tahiti main island away. Waking up with such views is a pure delight!

On the second floor are one bedroom with two bunk beds and one bathroom.

To reach the second level you may take the outside stairs. The infinity pool and its covered dining area are the masterpieces of the property. We bet you will spent most of your time around the pool relaxing and admiring the scenery.

During the whales’ season (July through October) you may also see humpback whales swimming along the reef barrier.

Next to the pool is an independent bungalow with double bed and en-suite bathroom (sink, shower and wc). Nearby the pool is a fully equipped kitchen with covered dining area. A barbecue as well as a tennis table are at your disposal.

Finally few stairs down is the third level welcoming a second independent bungalow with double bed and also an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower and wc).

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Free WIFI is available. The connection is great for emails and social networks.

The villa automated gate opens on to a covered parking where one car can be parked. Additional cars may park for free outside of the property along the road.
