CONDITIONS
The accomodation rental rate published on our website is based on an occupation of 14 adults.
Every stay is different, as is the number of people traveling together, so despite the online quote, we invite you to contact us for a personalized "à la carte" quote.
The rental price includes :
The reception team, including a manager, chef, housekeeping staff and concierge, is at your complete disposal. The service staff provides three meals a day, either buffet-style or à l'assiette. On request, additional services can be provided by dedicated staff.
Round-trip boat transfer to/from Bora Bora Airport.
Rates include VAT but do not include the tourist tax of €1.68 per person per day.
However, the rate does not include:
Groceries and beverages. An advance provisioning allowance (APA) of 100€ per person per day for food & drinks (alcohol not included) will be required, and purchases will be deducted at actual
cost from this deposit. This budget may vary according to individual consumption.
The security deposit is equal to 15% of the total cost of the stay. It will be promptly returned after check-out if no damage has been found. Deductions made from the APA are justified through an invoice. If the APA is not fully utilised, the overage will be refunded along with the security deposit. If the APA is insufficient, we kindly request replenishing it.
