La Casa Paz is a magnificent seaside villa on the sacred island of Raiatea. It is located on a gated and fenced property welcoming another villa, La Serena that won't be occupied during your stay.
La Casa Paz, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms offers spacious and bright interiors fitted out with high-quality materials.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant stay. The bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace. Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with top-of-the-range amenities.
Guests will appreciate the panoramic ocean views and the incandescent sunsets. The villa includes several outdoor spaces for relaxing and admiring the scenery. Guests can also dine alfresco on the large terrace and enjoy a gentle sea breeze.
In addition to the numerous amenities available on site, guests will have access to:
** The swimming pool of the main villa.
** Full time housekeeper.
** Full time property manager on site (manager is also a tourist guide, born and raised in Raiatea).

Cancelation policy
Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 45 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation conditions – Cancellation penalty:
In case of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract, the RENTER promises to inform TAHITI HOMES of his/her decision as soon as possible by registered mail with proof of delivery, being specified that no cancellation will be taken into account if communicated by telephone. The date of reception determines the cost of cancellation according to the following schedule (except in case of duly justified force majeure).
This schedule does not apply to many cases of cancellation covered by insurance (cancellation, water and fire damage, property degradation, etc.) that you can purchase from our Agency, such insurance is facultative and its cost is calculated fairly in function of the amount of your rent.
If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your date of arrival: reimbursement of the received down payment.
If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises, the cancellation fee will be equal to 30% of the amount of your rent + 60 € (or 7160 XPF) fee. (i.e. the amount of down payment)
If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival in the premises: the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rent and associated services.
No refund will be given for early or unscheduled departure.
It is specified that in all cases of cancellation, the administrative cost 60 € (or 7160 XPF) remains acquired to the TAHITI HOMES Agency.
When receiving the cancellation, the present contract shall be deemed null and void with full rights and TAHITI HOMES may dispose of the rented property.
