Perched on a gentle hillside at 20 meters above sea level, this rental overlooks the lagoon and lush tropical vegetation, making it a delightful escape for travelers seeking peace, exotic surroundings, and close proximity to local beaches, restaurants, and shops.

Spread over two levels, Villa Hoe is designed for simplicity and comfort:

• Upper Level: A spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a sea view, featuring a Queen-size bed (160x200) for restful and relaxing nights. The ensuite bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
• Ground Floor: A cozy living room opens onto the terrace, along with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and enjoying meals together. Guests can also relax in a second, air-conditioned living room equipped with books and board games, as well as a second bathroom.

Outside, the covered terrace becomes a perfect spot to unwind, with a dining area and two loungers for sunbathing or admiring the view. The private, unheated pool in the garden completes this enchanting natural setting.

Located within a small, gated community of three villas, the property ensures privacy and security. The shared electric gate provides access to your dedicated parking space, from which a staircase leads you to your private villa, where the garden and pool are reserved exclusively for you.

Villa Hoe is an ideal choice for a romantic getaway in the heart of Polynesia, where simplicity and comfort come together in a stunning natural setting.

The house is equipped with free ADSL Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected while fully enjoying your stay. An electricity fee of 6 euros per night is requested for each stay of 7 consecutive nights and longer.
